Kavana terms of use
Kavana is a focus and organization tool from Northcrow.ai. These terms describe use of the service, account responsibilities and optional subscriptions.
Using the tool
Kavana provides timers, task planning, soundscapes and personal focus and rest features. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment or guaranteed improvements in concentration or sleep. Choose settings that suit your preferences and stop a sound or visual if it is uncomfortable.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep sign-in details private and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with another person’s account, attempt unauthorized access or submit material you do not have permission to use. Avoid putting sensitive third-party information into task notes.
Core and optional subscriptions
Kavana subscriptions are billed by North Crow AI (Northcrow.ai). Your statement may show NORTH CROW AI or NORTHCROW.
Core is the free plan. Premium is optional at $1.99 USD monthly or $19.99 USD annually, with recurring billing until canceled. Review the price, renewal schedule, applicable taxes and terms shown in Stripe before purchasing. Manage billing in Membership provides subscription management when available.
Premium access and its current period appear in your account. When that access ends, Core remains available and Premium-only settings return to free defaults. For a billing issue or refund request, contact support.
Community access
Paid subscriptions fund equal-duration Premium access through confidential learning-center partners. Staff coordinate delivery. Funding, seat assignment and active use are different measures, and the program does not promise a specific educational outcome.
Availability and your work
Browser and device behavior can affect timers, audio and offline use. The service should not be relied on for safety-critical timing. Use available exports for important records. Features marked as in development are not yet available.
