Garden, Growing plant or Orb: choose your focus space
Kavana has three focus views: Garden, Growing plant and Orb. All three are available in Core and use the same focus timer. Switching views keeps your saved garden and plant progress.
Garden
Arrange your owned objects on the garden landscape and use completed focus sessions to build your collection. Original Three ripples, Five islands and Quiet circle landscapes are included. Garden arrangement is optional; you can return to focusing whenever you like.
Growing plant
Keep one growing plant in view. Select a plant to nurture and let completed focus sessions contribute to its growth, without arranging a whole garden.
Orb
Choose a calm visual with no objects to place. Orb appearance and motion controls let you adjust its presentation; you can also choose a different focus view if motion is distracting.
Personalize sound and appearance
Core includes 36 sounds and allows a second Nature sound layer. Premium adds extra palettes, landscape lighting, three saved personal spaces and a second sound from any collection. Premium sound mixes can be saved to your account.
Questions
Do I have to play sounds or grow a garden to use the timer?
No. Sound, task selection and plant nurturing are optional. Use open focus and keep audio off if that suits you.
