Kavana help: timers, sound, accounts and billing

Start or change a session

Focus offers Pomodoro, custom and endless timing. Pause a running session before changing its duration. Use Plan for tasks and routines, or start without a task.

Sound will not start

Select Play sound again after opening the app. Check the app’s Mute and volume controls, your device output and browser audio permissions. Sound needs a user action to start. Your browser may suspend it when the device locks; reopen the app and press Play to resume.

Timer and saving while disconnected

Signing in, saving completed sessions and changing your garden require a connection. A timer can continue counting while disconnected; if saving fails, reconnect and use the retry action. Browser recovery does not guarantee background alarms or uninterrupted audio.

Offline audio and installing the app

Supported browsers may offer Install or Add to Home Screen. Sound settings can download supported recorded sounds for this browser. Those downloads do not make account data available offline. Removing browser data or switching devices does not transfer the recordings; use the download controls to manage them.

Accounts and reports

Your account stores tasks, completed sessions and your garden. Progress includes date filters and CSV exports. Edit supported profile preferences in Settings. For sign-in problems or account requests, email support; never send a password.

Premium and billing

Kavana subscriptions are billed by North Crow AI (Northcrow.ai). Your statement may show NORTH CROW AI or NORTHCROW.

Open Membership to see access and subscription options. Manage billing opens subscription management when available. If a payment succeeded but access has not updated, keep your confirmation and contact support without sending full card details.
